Now I'm on diet
actually it's motivated by Natalie
She tried so hard to loose weight
Hence, I'm influenced lol. I started to feel guilty when I ate too much
Actually that feeling has gone away for a long time
but now the feeling is back!! hooray!! *to stop me keep eating.
My second motivation source is my neighbour that is SUPER straight forward
She said:"omg! I cant recognize u! U're much more fatter now! That's why just now I don't dare to call u." hmm.. okayy X( that's a great stimulus! Anyway, that motivate me.
So, Eat Less, No Snacks, Exercise More!
Do u know that what is the grade of your three meals in your daily life?
I know you don't understand my question, because I also dont understand lol. *ignore it.
okayy,
For breakfast, you're allowed to eat like a KING.*get more nutrients.
For lunch, just eat like a normal person. * Don't eat too full.
For dinner, act as a beggar. *eat LESS. little bit is enough.
If can, of course u must burn fats by exercising!!
Any sports will do.
I go for jogging. 5 rounds only. lol.
But after that I continue walk to sweat more.
Actually I hope there will be a dog chasing me behind so that I wont stop. lol.
That will really burn fat!! lmao XD
My teacher said before, if u really wanna loose weight,
exercise at least 5 times per week.
I successfully loose 3.5 kg within 4 or 5 weeks.
But now, I accidentally eat too much again
So, my diet plan is on again.lolxx. good luck to the ppl which is same as me- on diet
Hopefully u wont be as fail as I am. :{
