31.3.2012

Today is the earth hour, which if you mean to support the earth
you should join them and off the lights in your house for an hour.

An hour means a lot if your whole town is supporting this.
woooooooooooo!!

In addition, don't switch on the air-condition at night, particularly tonight.
The temperature is lower at night.
Hence, it isn't necessary to switch on the air-con.

Besides, put recycle bags in every single bags/handbags you have.

P.S. that's what I do usually.
Be environmental friendly.

Tay Xiao Nee

A random shoot was taken place in my house,
after I curled her long hair.

She reminded me of my former long hair, which is a remorse to cut it.
*sigh*

Weight Gaining

As you see, my title shows how often I gain weight.
I really keep going around with gaining weight and losing weight.

I know that's my failure.

Here, show you some statistic of a Malaysian's obesity and sugar consumption.

BERNAMA REPORTdaily sugar intake of:
Malaysians: 51g
WHO recommendation: 50g
(Malaysian's rank-> 8th in the whole world)

in addition,

in 2009........in Malaysia....
Result of food samples analysis: 7.3% of random food samples(1226) were found to have an excessive amount of sugar.

AS A RESULT!!

Malaysian obesity rate is the highest in Southeast Asia whereas it's the sixth highest in Asia-Pacific region. This statistic is published in 2011, which Dewan Rakyat was told.

Diabetes, a disease which closely associated with obesity:

3 million out of 28 million of Malaysians were diagnosed in 2011.

“In our own survey conducted in 2002 to 2003, we found that in average Malaysians consume seven tablespoons of artificial sweeteners, four table spoons of sugar and 3 spoons of condensed milk in their drinks," she said in reply to an earlier question from Dr Tan Seng Giaw (DAP-Kepong).

It's really scary right?!

Despite we tried to "kurang manis" when we ordered drinks like milo, coffee and so on, the drinks are sweet, with the component of sweeteners, sugar and condensed milk.
