Here comes my brother's 11th birthday party. Finding a perfect birthday venue indeed consume some time, because there are so many choices in KL. 11 years old kid is throwing his birthday party, where can he accommodate so many people?
Here are some find outs, pro and cons of each venue I found in KL:
1. Berjaya Times Square Theme Park,
Pro-
(i) RM49.90 inclusive of invitation cards, party packs and 2 hours of reserved function room (3 games sessions, priority rides, cake time & meal time).
(ii) Friendly and above average customer support.
(iii) Able to access the theme park rides whole day.
Cons-
(i) minimum 20 pax
(ii) In terms of flexibility, no outside food allowed.
(iii) Consider of children safety, there is a risk of a child will be brought out arbitrarily, by a stranger perhaps.
(iv) Big venue, hard to find the children if the parents come to pick up the children.
(v) Parents are only allowed to enter the theme park during the 2 hours in reserved room, later they will have to pay at 15% discount of normal rate in order to stay.

2. Camp5 Rock Climbing, 1 Utama.
Pro-
(i) Service is good, email reply is speedy & good follow up service.
(ii) In shopping mall, preferable for most parents.
Con-
(i) Party quotation is only available via email
*Reason of not accepting this venue as 11 years old kid was considering some girls may not have enough strength for this rock climbing activity.

3. Skytrex, Shah Alam
Pro-
(i) Kids are able to enjoy themselves with mother nature.
Cons-
(i) No nearby malls for parents to chill.
(ii) Outdoor game (my parents ain't keen for exposing themselves under the sun for long period, Malaysia is too hot! :P)

4. Jumpstreet Trampoline Park, Seksyen 13 Petaling Jaya
[This was the birthday venue chosen, hence this will be a detailed review for throwing party in Jumstreet Trampoline Park]
Pro-
(i) Kids will be enjoying themselves, under the guidance of party's jump referee. (You can either choose 1 hour FULL guide, OR 20 mins guide + 40 mins free & easy)
(ii) RM50 or RM65 inclusive of food and 1 hour jump
(iii) Party Venue is moderate, in size. Not too hard to find the children when the parents came to pick up.
Cons:
(i) ONLY 1/2 hour air-conditioned party room, which was so rush for all of the kids to go through cut cake ceremony and snack time.
(ii) ONLY 1 hour for kids to jump, however I believe the kids were really exhausted after all. Perhaps they slept pretty well at night.
Something you shall know:
(i) Some of the parents may stay back to look after the kids. During that one hour jumping time, there will not be any party room available, neither the locker to put any valuable stuff. Nevertheless, the event coordinator could prepare some table and chairs upon special request. Please take note that you have to notify approximately how many tables and chairs you will need in advance to avoid any chaotic situation (my mistake).
(ii) The event coordinator was good and friendly. Perhaps the overwhelming job, she did not answer the phone and there is some lag in replying email. This causes some miscommunication and perhaps frustration in getting answer from there. Solution would be calling the reception to seek for assistance to speed up the communication.
(iii) The receptionists are generally good and helpful.
(iv) Jump Cafe was good! Ice Cappuccino was just in time, after awhile staying there.
(v) Non air-conditioned indoor sports venue.
