Reduce your complaints

http://thoughtcatalog.com/2013/stop-complaining-all-the-time/

I found a link.
This is a link that reminds me, not to complain too much

There are two kind of complaints:
1. A situation you can change
2. A situation you cannot change

Simply gripe might lead things worse, as in the outlook of things
A situation that becomes worse, from your perspective, after you complain.
Negative emotions are added into the outlook.
You'll just feel more frustrated, but unable to make things right.

If you're able to change the situation, why complain?
Take your actions instead!
Your fate is on your hand, your action.

Furthermore, complaints could annoy listeners
I found it quite true.
Though I'm quite optimistic, I'm being kinda positive,
I do make complaints, more than I should.

Human do complain.
It's just a natural behaviour when we encounter something unpleasant.
However, it's a contradiction to our gratitude to life.
Limit it! Reduce it! Minimise it!

This is what I should work on.
To my loved ones, who often listen to me,
thanks for being exhausted for me, yet still be here for me.
I really feel grateful about that.
Thank you.
